Job summary

ATI Health is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist in Somerset, KY, a full-time role with standard weekday hours. The position focuses on on-site intervention, health assessment, and program development to prevent injuries in workplace settings.

You will lead body mechanics assessments, develop individualized plans, and coach employees to improve health outcomes, with access to ATI Academy resources and mentorship. A competitive salary and benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Athletic Training.
Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
Basic Life Support and AED certification.

Responsibilities

Interface with office and industrial clients to assess health status and create an individualized plan for improvement.
Observe employee work performance to assess body mechanics and mitigation plans.
Document all employee treatments with coaching for continuous improvement.
Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
Address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to reduce injury risk.
Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
Provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention.
