Job summary

ATI Health is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist to design and implement on-site health initiatives at Concord, NC and Fort Mill, SC sites. You will assess body mechanics, develop individualized improvement plans, and work with a broad network of workplace partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s in Athletic Training or related field; licensure or eligibility per discipline.
BLS and AED certification required; professional certifications preferred (BOC).
Experience or exposure to on-site injury prevention and workplace health programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
Observe work performance to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Follow OSHA first aid recordkeeping requirements where applicable (29 CFR 1904.7).
Provide education and coaching to address discomfort and reduce injuries.
Support medical surveillance testing and clinic operations as needed.
Develop and deliver employee health education on wellness and disease prevention.
