Job summary

Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court is seeking an Intervention and Diversion Manager to lead the Early Intervention and Diversion Center (EIDC). This role supervises professional and clerical staff, plans and coordinates casework, and ensures effective service delivery within the court system.

The manager will mentor staff, develop training programs, and maintain strong relationships with collaborating agencies to improve outcomes for youth and families while ensuring compliance with court policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Six years of casework experience with at-risk youth in probation, diversion, or prevention.
• Driver's license with auto insurance; driving record must meet policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, assess, and coordinate the work activities of EIDC staff.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching and training on intervention development.
• Develop training programs and coordinate collaboration with partner agencies.
• Review intervention recommendations and data reports for accuracy.
