Community Counseling Center (CCC) in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an Early Diversion Program Coordinator to lead leadership, supervision, and coordination of the Early Diversion Program. You will oversee grant implementation, foster collaboration among behavioral health, healthcare, justice, and community partners, and guide day-to-day operations to strengthen referral pathways.

The role requires strong supervision, grant management, and community collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Masters' Degree in a human services related field or Bachelor's with 3+ years of behavioral health experience post-degree.
• Must hold or obtain MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents) and proof of continuous Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for Early Diversion Outreach Specialists.
• Oversee the Early Diversion Program to ensure SAMHSA grant compliance and evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate the Early Diversion Coalition and community collaboration.
