Job summary

Benchmark Human Services is hiring a Developmental Therapist to support babies and toddlers through ET programs in CT Birth to Three. You will conduct evaluations, participate in IFSP development, and deliver EI supports to families as part of a collaborative team.

The role covers Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Stamford with a comprehensive benefits package, a $48,000–$65,000 salary, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants must meet CT licensure requirements and have driving authority.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for CT Birth to Three program.
• Teaching license or DSP certification as listed in CT Birth to Three requirements.
• Experience with early intervention and birth-to-three settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IFSP with family and team.
• Provide EI supports to families to benefit the child.
• Comply with CT Birth to Three regulations and natural environment practices.
• Coordinate services and monitor outcomes.
• Assist with Birth to Three trainings and team meetings.
