Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to support children in Easton, Norwalk, Weston, Westport, and Willton in Connecticut. The role involves evaluating and assessing children, developing IFSPs, and delivering EI supports in natural environments.

You must hold CT PT or PTA license; PT requires master's/doctorate; PTA requires AS; bilingual encouraged. The position offers full-time or part-time schedules, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• CT license for PT or PTA is required.
• PT requires Master's/Doctorate; PTA requires AS degree.
• Experience with Birth to Three program preferred.
• Bilingual abilities encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of children.
• Develop IFSP with family and implement services.
• Monitor outcomes as part of the team.
• Provide EI supports to families and coaching in natural environments.
• Coordinate with licensed PTs for supervision as needed.
• Attend Birth to Three trainings and meetings.
• Respect CT Birth to Three Regulations.
• Complete Service Coordinator modules as needed.
• Engage families with information and strategies to support development.
