Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to team members around service coordination, documentation, IFSP development, clinical issues, transitions, and family work.
• Schedule regular supervision meetings and conduct 6-month reviews.
• Assist team with time management, productivity, and scheduling.
• Review and edit team reports and IFSPs; provide feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team Supervisors, Clinical Coordinator, and Director on assigning clients and issues.
• Support orientation of new team members and ensure compliance with standards.
