Job summary

The Learning Experience in Ledgewood, NJ is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for a Preppers classroom (2.5-3 years). This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay between $17.00 and $18.00, based on experience and qualifications, and a schedule from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include planning daily activities, implementing the LEAP curriculum, and fostering language, independence, and social skills while adhering to NJ licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous professional childcare or preschool experience preferred.
• Experience with children ages 2–3 is a plus.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred but not required.
• Patient, dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented.
• Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements.
