The McCarton Foundation is seeking a Special Education Therapy Assistant to work one-on-one with children with autism ages 2-3, supervised by a Special Education Teacher. You will be trained by a Licensed Behavior Analyst and learn from clinicians in Speech and Occupational Therapy.

The role offers growth in Early Childhood, Special Education, ABA, Speech and Occupational Therapy, with compensation starting at $16.50/hour and up to $20/hour within the first year, full-time hours, and a focus on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Ability to work entire shift Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Able to lift 40 lbs and monitor the safety of a child
• Able to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
