Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or CFY to support early childhood students in a school-based setting near Aurora, IL. The contract runs through June 7, 2027, at 37.5 hours per week with strong mentorship and supervision.

Responsibilities include assessing and intervening for speech-language needs, developing IEPs with multidisciplinary teams, and conducting screenings and progress monitoring using an online support platform.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license or eligibility for license/CFY in Illinois.
• Passion for serving early childhood populations in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct intervention to students with speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring for early childhood caseloads.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in annual performance reviews.
• Attend and contribute to monthly collaboration meetings, roundtables, and regular 1:1 supervisor check-ins.
• Engage with peers, leaders, and other specialists via an online platform for real-time support and resource sharing.
