Job summary

IEP Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in Aurora, IL, to provide essential speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 settings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with teachers and families, develop treatment plans, and conduct assessments to support students' educational needs.

The ideal applicant will have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, possess strong communication skills, and be dedicated to improving children's lives through effective therapy. The role includes mentoring opportunities and comprehensive benefits including medical and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear DOJ/FBI Livescan background check and TB clearance.
• Eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes and progress documentation.
• Supervise SLPAs and monitor their supervision hours.
