Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a devoted Speech-Language Pathologist or CFY for a full-time contract near Dixon, IL. You will support a diverse range of students in a day school setting, with mentorship from an experienced supervisor to promote ongoing professional growth.

The assignment runs February 1, 2027 through May 24, 2027, totaling 37.5 hours per week. You’ll work with a varied caseload and participate in ongoing performance reviews while benefiting from a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure (or eligible Clinical Fellow).
• Interest in working with diverse student needs and age ranges.
• Strong communicator who values teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility.
• Comfortable utilizing assessment tools, technology, and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to an engaging student caseload.
• Collaborate during monthly meetings and roundtable discussions to share strategies.
• Participate in annual performance reviews and growth opportunities.
• Take part in the Buddy Program for smooth orientation.
• Access high-quality testing materials and equipment to focus on student success.
• Receive regular 1:1 feedback from leadership and pursue professional development.
