Job summary

Standing Rock Sioux Tribe is seeking a Community Assistant (Right Tracks) to support enrollment, screenings, referrals, and family engagement. The role focuses on coordinating family activities, maintaining records, and assisting staff with program tracking.

The position is a full-time role with a daytime schedule and requires a 2-year degree in Human Services or related field, or a combination of HS diploma and experience with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2-Year degree in Human Services, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED with experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist families and staff with implementing teaching and learning strategies, developmental activities, curriculum support, and IEP/IFSP development and evaluation.
• Conduct enrollment for the Right Tracks program and help families complete applications and screenings.
• Provide referrals to community resources and early childhood services based on family needs.
• Coordinate classes, trainings, activities, appointments and events; arrange transportation when needed.
• Collect participant information, maintain files, and assist with data reporting and program tracking.

Education

2-Year degree in Human Services, Early Childhood Education, or related field
