Job summary

Standing-Rock-Sioux-Tribe is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management services for children and families, developing and monitoring child protection and permanency plans aligned with agency protocols.

You will manage assigned caseloads, perform monthly client visits, coordinate services, and support court hearings with accurate documentation and reporting to ensure program compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case management plans by preparing child protection service case plans and permanency plans that address client needs and comply with agency protocols, court orders, and applicable regulations.
• Manage assigned caseloads by monitoring client progress, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and ensuring all case records meet program, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct client monitoring and assessments through regular monthly visits, documenting progress, concerns, and outcomes for Title IV-E, 638, ICWA, and other assigned cases.
• Coordinate client services and referrals by responding to client and public inquiries, identifying service needs, and connecting clients with appropriate community and program resources.
• Support legal and program requirements by attending court hearings, providing case information and testimony as required, and preparing reports that support case planning and permanency efforts.
• Prepare reports and perform program support activities by completing required monthly activity and time study reports and carrying out other duties assigned within the scope of the Child Protection Services program.

Education
