Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient transport and manage transportation policy.
• Oversee the Cansayapi Food Pantry and pantry operations.
• Maintain vehicle and keys schedules and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Community Health Nurse and Community Health Assistant.
• Assist in patient care, transfers and referrals as needed.
• Provide patient and family education and deliver medications.
