Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching or instructional coaching experience.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a track record of improving instructional practice.
• Proficiency in data-driven instruction and using assessment data to guide planning.

Responsibilities

• Model effective instructional techniques and data collection within PD sessions and co‑teaching.
• Support teachers in understanding CCSS curriculum, assessments, and data analysis frameworks.
• Build relationships with teachers, administrators, and coaches to foster growth.
• Develop and implement coaching plans and professional development aligned with district goals.
• Coordinate weekly coaching activities and document progress for leadership review.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing professional culture development.
