Job summary

Economic Opportunities Advancement Corporation seeks an Instructional Coach to provide individualized, practice-based coaching to Head Start and Early Head Start teaching staff, strengthening effective teaching practices, responsive caregiving, and classroom environments for infants to preschoolers.

You will conduct classroom observations, provide reflection and feedback, support implementation of evidence-based practices, and collaborate with Education Managers, Site Managers, and program staff

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field.
Minimum two years of professional experience with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel between EOAC locations as required.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized instructional coaching to Head Start and Early Head Start teachers and assistants using Practice-Based Coaching.
