Job summary

Cadence Education in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment and deliver Cadence Education programs that meet developmental and behavioral needs, including those with IEPs.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships with children and families, following policies, and participating in required trainings.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for the teaching role.
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
