Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our Wareham, MA team. Under the School Director and Lead Teacher, you’ll support daily classroom operations, implement Cadence programs, and help create a safe, nurturing environment for children, including those with IEPs.

Responsibilities include guiding curriculum delivery, maintaining routines, and building positive relationships with families while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

• English proficiency required in speaking and writing.
• Ability to work well with a classroom team.
• Commitment to safety procedures and supervision policies.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and establish professional relationships.
• Support developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Assist in planning and implementing activities under the Lead Teacher.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision policies and document incidents.
• Assist in managing child behaviors per Cadence policies and classroom expectations.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
