Cadence Education in Hopkinton, MA is hiring a Preschool Teacher to support daily operations, nurture a safe and engaging classroom, and implement Cadence Education programs. You will contribute to a welcoming environment for children and families, align with IEPs and behavior plans, and collaborate with the Lead Teacher and School Director.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently follow safety procedures in a preschool setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children are treated with dignity, respect, and care.
• Greet children and families daily and help establish professional, welcoming relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans.
• Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and document incidents accordingly.
• Assist in managing and escalating child behaviors in line with Cadence policies.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
