Cadence Education in West Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the supervision of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children's development, including those with IEPs, while maintaining licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a classroom team.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and establish welcoming relationships.
• Follow IEPs and behavior support plans as directed.
• Assist in planning and implementing curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
• Assist in managing and escalating child behaviors per policies.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook policies and procedures.
