  • Participates in interviewing and hiring of Family Childcare Providers.
  • Completes Family Childcare Provider rating scales.
  • Reviews lesson plans and home visits regularly.
  • Oversees Disabilities Plan and develops community relationships.
  • Observes children and provides suggestions for behavior management.
  • Assists providers in establishing appropriate child plans.
  • Works with coordinators/managers to provide resources to families.
