A leading health network in New York is seeking a Project Facilitator to provide coaching and support to affiliated providers in implementing a mixed-age curriculum for children. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Early Childhood studies and 2 years of experience teaching young children. The position involves collaboration with the FCC Education Director and facilitating professional learning sessions. Competitive salary and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience required teaching children under six years old.
• 3 years' experience preferred teaching children under six years old.

Responsabilités

• Provide twice monthly strength-based practice-based coaching to up to 17 affiliated providers.
• Document all coaching sessions.
• Assist affiliated providers in gathering observations of children and entering child assessment data.
• Review and adapt appropriate curriculum supports with affiliated providers.
• Support FCC Education Director in coordinating required professional learning days.
• Collaborate with the FCC Education Director and others to meet family needs.
