Job summary
The Sunshine House is seeking an Education Coach to work across Sunshine House Centers, strengthening classroom practice and curriculum implementation. You will observe, model, and guide teachers, focusing on developmentally appropriate interactions and effective routines to support student growth.
You will collaborate with center leaders and Education Team members, manage travel within a geographic cluster, and document observations and goals.
Qualifications
- Meets lead teacher qualifications in the applicable state(s) of assignment.
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of successful experience in an early childhood education setting as a lead teacher or equivalent; five years preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build collaborative coaching relationships with teachers and center leaders that support reflection, practice, and growth.
- Observe classroom practice and routines to identify focused coaching goals and practical next steps.
- Provide on-site support through modeling, practice, and feedback, using company tools.
