Grow Early Learning in Bowling Green, FL is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Disabilities Coordinator to supervise, support, train, and provide technical assistance for classroom staff in delivering high-quality early childhood education services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development, Special Education, Early Intervention, or related field with 6 courses (18 credits) in early childhood education; Head Start, supervisory and related years of experience.
• Experience working with children with disabilities in an educational setting.
• Masters in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development, Special Education, Early Intervention, or related field with 6 courses (18 credits) in early childhood education; Head Start, supervisory and related years of experience. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans for each child
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with young children
• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire classroom staff in cooperation with Center Director and appropriate staff following Grow Early Learning's Personnel Policies; address disciplinary issues and conduct performance appraisals according to Grow Early Learning policies and guidelines.
