Job summary

Grow Early Learning in Whiteville, NC seeks an experienced Early Childhood Education Disabilities Coordinator to supervise, support, train, and provide technical assistance for classroom staff, advancing inclusive, high-quality ECE services.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to develop individualized education plans, train teachers in best practices for working with young children, and help recruit staff under the Center Director, following policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development, Special Education, Early Intervention, or related field with 6 courses (18 credits) in early childhood education; Head Start, supervisory and related years of experience.
• Experience working with children with disabilities in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans for each child
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with young children
• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire classroom staff in cooperation with Center Director and appropriate staff following Grow Early Learning's Personnel Policies.
