Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a classroom with young children.
• Experience with the CSEFEL Pyramid Model preferred.
• Experience working with low income, culturally diverse, and at‑risk families.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends.
• DEEC Background Record check will be completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom staff in implementing the Early Learning curriculum.
• Coach, consult, and model for classroom teachers; conduct observations to inform curriculum/behavior plans.
• Maintain a list of assigned educators and track coaching activities; report progress monthly.
• Collaborate with the LEAP Director to plan professional development.
• Support NAEYC Accreditation process and QRIS related activities.
• Assist with classroom coverage as needed.
