Qualifikationen

• Associate Teacher Level Permit required.
• At least 1 year of experience within the last four years; infants/toddlers need at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• DRDP Rater Certification must be obtained within three months of hire.
• CLASS training completed; PITC training for Infant/Toddler Educators within 1 year if available.
• ERS Training within 6 months of hire.
• Must be able to bend, sit on low chairs, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Assume Lead Teacher responsibilities in their absence, including classroom management and curriculum development.
• Follow daily schedules supporting all aspects of child development with indoor/outdoor activities.
• Engage in DAP interactions to foster social skills through quality interactions.
• Develop relationships with children and families to integrate learning.
• Complete required health checks, meal counts, and learning assessments as assigned.
