Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 ECE semester units, including core classes.
• Associate Teacher Level Permit required.
• At least 1 year of experience within last four years.
• DRDP Rater Certification within three months of hire.
• ERS Training within 6 months of hire.
• Safe sleep training and other trainings as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Follow a daily schedule with activities for all areas of development.
• Engage in DAP interactions to support social skills development.
• Develop relationships with children and families and learn about their communities.
• Complete required reports and health/attendance documentation.
• Maintain CLASS scores and safe sleep practices for infants.
