Zusammenfassung

The Learning Experience is hiring qualified teachers to lead and mentor co-teachers, ensuring a safe, nurturing classroom for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers. You will coach peers, model high standards, and implement our LEAP Curriculum with a growth mindset to inspire lifelong learning.

Regular communication with parents, collaboration with center leadership to boost enrollment and engagement, and a commitment to developmentally appropriate practice will be essential components of this role.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED + 12 ECE College credits required; an Associate degree or higher in ECE preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements.
• Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
