Responsibilities

• Support classroom staff and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for young children.
• Engage with children during daily routines and learning activities.
• Keep daily records related to each child’s care.
• Supervise children directly in classrooms, on field trips, and outdoors.
• Assist lead educators with hands-on activities and daily routines.
• Encourage self-help skills and independence in children.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers during drop-off, pick-up, and updates.
