Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in early childhood education or child development.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Knowledge of child development stages, classroom management, licensing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily classroom activities for infants.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment and foster healthy development.
• Maintain engaging, structured learning through activities and outings.
• Keep daily records related to each child's care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents and schedule conferences.
