Paycom - ATS is seeking an Early Childhood Services Coordinator to lead a multidisciplinary team at a licensed Head Start facility in Greenville, OH. The role collaborates with the central ECD team to implement program policies, ensure licensing and Head Start standards are met, and maintain full enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Early Childhood Education.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Early Head Start/Head Start teachers, family advocates and support staff.
• Monitor compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and licensing requirements.
• Supervise center staff and evaluate direct reports.
• Maintain full enrollment and oversee recruitment and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate on-site staff orientation to licensing and agency requirements.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and families on education, social services, health, nutrition, disability, and health concerns.
• Represent CORS at community meetings and collaborate with local organizations.
• Advocate for families and their children.

Posting for Early Childhood Services CoordinatorPosition Type: Full Time, Salaried, ExemptDescription: Lead a team of dedicated Early Head Start and Head Start teachers, familyadvocates, and support staff at a licensed Head Start facility, in collaboration with the Piqua-based Early Childhood Education (ECD) team.
