Paycom - ATS in Fairborn, OH is seeking an Infant Toddler Teacher for the full year. You will work in a Head Start center, supporting preschool children as they prepare for kindergarten, in a program with professional development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include planning activities, ensuring child safety, assisting with screenings, engaging families, and supporting daily routines; requires a high school diploma or GED with a CDA, or enrollment in a CDA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a CDA or equivalent; or enroll in a CORS approved and paid CDA program and complete CDA within two years.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head Teacher, Family Advocate, and families to plan and implement the Head Start program.
• Assist in daily classroom operations, including setup, routines, group times, outdoor activities, and mealtimes.
• Ensure child safety with proper supervision and a clean, organized learning environment.
• Help develop activities that promote development across all domains and support family engagement.
• Assist with developmental screenings and participate in home visits or parent/teacher conferences when requested.

CORS pays for educational advancement for motivated individuals with a heart for service. With an Associate’s Degree or higher, you are eligible for Head Teacher openings, with a range of $22.24-$26.08 hourly.Description: Collaborate with the Early Childhood Service Coordinator, Head Teacher, Family Advocate, and families, to plan and implement the Head Start educational program for preschool children to prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.
