Paycom - ATS is seeking a Head Start Teacher for full-time, full-year engagement in Ohio. The role collaborates with the Head Teacher, Family Advocate, and families to deliver comprehensive preschool education aligned with program standards.

Responsibilities include classroom setup, daily routines, safety supervision, and developmentally appropriate activities. Education requirements range from a high school diploma with CDA to an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, with benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a CDA or equivalent, or enroll in a CDA program and complete within two years.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Head Start educational activities for preschoolers to prepare for kindergarten.
• Collaborate with Head Teacher, Family Advocate, and families for daily classroom operations.
• Prepare learning environments, gather materials, manage routines and mealtimes.
• Ensure children's safety with proper supervision and healthy learning conditions.
• Support development screenings and family engagement activities; participate in home visits when requested.
• Background check, drug test, and medical clearance required; include organizing and recordkeeping tasks.

New Starting WageTeacher - Full Time/Full-YearJob Location:Position Type: Hourly$15.44 - $22.09 Hourly. Wages are based on education; a minimum of a high school education or equivalent is required. CORS pays for educational advancement for motivated individuals with a heart for service. With an Associate’s Degree or higher, you are eligible for Head Teacher openings, with a range of $22.24-$26.08 hourly.Description: Collaborate with the Early Childhood Service Coordinator, Head Teacher, Family Advocate, and families, to plan and implement the Head Start educational program for preschool children to prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.
