PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region who will own a retail territory, build customer relationships, and analyze data to drive growth—developing commercial and leadership skills from day one.

This role sits within Swedish Match affiliate; relocation within the region may be required. Annual base salary is $68,000, with opportunities to learn sales, negotiations, and strategic planning while contributing to a smoke-free future.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.

• Ensure product availability, freshness, and in-store execution standards.
• Manage territory administration, reporting, expenses, and point-of-sale materials.
