Responsibilities

Recruiting coordination for career events, travel/expense support, job creation and offers for open roles.
Coordinate intern/co-op program scheduling and documentation; support rotational program needs.
Coordinate marketing materials for TA recruitment, displays, giveaways, and apparel.
Develop SOPs and reference guides; track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
