Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment management in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Experience building workforce plans and employer branding strategies.
• Strong skills in sourcing techniques, data interpretation, and market trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver tailored recruitment strategies for Operations & Supply Chain.
• Build comprehensive talent strategies with HR and leadership to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze employment market data to guide recruiting decisions.
• Generate a continual pipeline of qualified internal and external candidates through networking and proactive outreach.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers, and maintain strong pipeline management.
