Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or 2+ years of experience in early career support.
• Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) alongside recruitment technologies (Ex: Smart Recruiters, Workday, or similar plus strong proficiency in the Google Workspace).
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex logistics, calendar management, travel, and vendor communications.
• Candidates must be local to the area as the position will be hybrid based out of 8080 Norton Parkway in Mentor, OH.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting coordination: Support events, travel and expense needs, job creation and offer preparation, and review of job descriptions for early career positions.
• Administrative support for intern/co-op program scheduling, documentation, and associate training weeks.
• Coordinate marketing materials for TA recruitment, displays, giveaways, and apparel.
• Develop SOPs and reference guides, track recruitment metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
