Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to support North American manufacturing operations. You will partner with site leaders and hiring teams to craft effective recruiting strategies and fill a range of open positions, leveraging ATS and sourcing tools to build strong talent pipelines.

You will collaborate with the NA HR team to forecast hiring needs, participate in QBRs, and drive improvements in candidate experience and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Solid knowledge of OFCCP and EEO guidelines; advise clients on compliance.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for hourly and manufacturing positions, including sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Utilize ATS, Google products, TA tech, and internet sourcing tools to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Forecast hiring needs with NA HR team; lead QBRs and staffing update meetings.
• Lead divisional TA projects and training to improve standard work and candidate experience.
• Analyze hiring trends with data-driven insights and maintain clear cross-team communication.
