• Experience managing internship or early career programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for early career roles (internships and entry-level) across multiple brands.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles and deliver diverse candidate slates.
• Develop and lead intern programs across Callaway and TravisMathew with events and experiences.
• Create reports and dashboards to track metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
