Qualifications
- PhD required in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related discipline.
- Graduation date no later than November 2027.
- GPA minimum 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale).
Responsibilities
- Solve diverse and open-ended problems as part of R&D and other functions.
- Drive initiatives that provide business and customer value.
- Collaborate across Dow teams and functions to advance projects.
- Develop broad and deep technical skills as an industrial researcher.
