You will solve diverse, open-ended problems, drive initiatives that create business value, and apply innovative technologies as an industrial researcher.

This Early Career Program offers collaboration across Dow teams, development of broad technical skills, and a path toward meaningful impact aligned with Dow’s sustainability

Qualifications

• PhD in one of the listed disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Eligible to comply with U.S. export control laws.
• Possession of a TWIC card may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities
