Dow Inc. invites PhD scientists and engineers to join its Early Career Program in R&D and other functions across North America, including PA. You will tackle open-ended problems, drive initiatives with business value, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals.

As a PhD candidate or recent graduate, you’ll develop broad technical skills, collaborate with Dow teams, and advance innovative technologies in a supportive, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Eligible to comply with U.S. export control laws.
