Dow Inc. invites new graduate PhD and post-doc scientists and engineers to join our Early Career Program across R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, ISC, and IS in North America.

You will tackle open-ended problems, drive initiatives that create business value, and apply innovative technologies alongside Dow teams. This program emphasizes broad technical development, collaboration, safety, and a commitment to sustainability, with opportunities in Pennsylvania and other locations.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Data Science or other related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Preferred GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.000 scale).

Responsibilities
