Dow invites new graduate PhD and post-doc scientists and engineers to join our Early Career Program across R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain and Information Systems, in North America. You will tackle open-ended problems, drive value for business and customers, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals while developing broad technical skills through collaboration with Dow teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Eligible to comply with U.S. export control laws.
