Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate PhD scientists and engineers for roles in R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, ISC, and IS across multiple North American locations. You will solve open-ended problems, contribute to intellectual capital, and apply innovative technologies in practice. Eligible graduates through November 2027 join our Early Career Program.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a science or engineering discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Eligible for U.S. export control compliance.
• TWIC eligibility may be required depending on location.
• Up to three years of post-PhD experience preferred.
