Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks PhD scientists and engineers for its Early Career Program across R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, ISC, and IS in North America. You will tackle open-ended problems, drive initiatives delivering business value, and integrate innovative technologies with Dow’s sustainability goals.

As a new graduate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop deep technical skills, and contribute to projects that impact Dow’s customer outcomes and the broader science community.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Math/Stats, Data Science or related field.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Preferred GPA 3.00 or higher.
