Dow invites new graduate PhD scientists and engineers to join our Early Career Program in R&D and other functions across North America. You will tackle diverse, open-ended problems, drive initiatives, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals by applying innovative technologies.

You will collaborate with Dow teams and external partners, developing broad technical skills while aligning with business needs and customer value.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
