As a new graduate, you will solve open-ended problems, drive data-driven initiatives, collaborate across Dow teams, and contribute to sustainability goals while developing broad technical skills.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a scientific/engineering discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Eligible for Dow's U.S. export control requirements.
